Sinhsational is an online retail store specializing in modern style clothing crafted from traditional Lao and Thai textiles. We aim to blend rich cultural heritage with contemporary fashion to create unique, stylish, and high-quality garments.

2. Where are your products made?
Our Ban Yong Collection items are designed by our team of cousins. The sinh are crafted by our maternal aunts and great aunts and sewn by our paternal aunts in Laos. We ensure that each piece is made with care, attention to detail, and respect for traditional textile techniques. Our other pieces are designed and crafted by skilled Isan and Thai artisans. Ordering and Payment

4. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection on the website, select your desired items, choose the correct size, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping to the US.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Items are currently sent from Thailand. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Continental US: 10-20 business days

9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.

Returns and Exchanges

10. What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.

11. How do I return a damaged or defective item?
To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.

12. When will I receive my refund for a damaged or defective item?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We offer a range of sizes from XS to 4XL. Please refer to our size chart on the product pages for specific measurements and fit guidance.

14. How should I care for my item?
We recommend hand washing or dry cleaning our items to maintain the integrity of the delicate Lao and Thai textiles. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach. Detailed care instructions are available here.

15. Do you offer custom designs or alterations?
Currently, we do not offer custom designs or alterations. However, we are always looking to expand our services based on customer feedback. Please contact us if you have specific needs, and we will do our best to assist you.
